Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone with access to a ZafTech account, website, or product (Convia, Mizan, RMS, Anchor, Talos, and future products). It is part of the Terms of Service.
What's prohibited
You will not use our services to:
- Break any law. This includes laws of your jurisdiction, our jurisdiction, and anywhere your data travels.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or target anyone.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or marketing without a verifiable opt-in.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or phishing content.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content beyond rate limits we publish.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except where prohibition is not permitted by law.
- Access accounts or data that are not yours, including through credential stuffing, session hijacking, or social engineering.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written permission (see security research below).
- Interfere with or degrade our services, for example by overwhelming our rate limits or uploading pathological payloads.
- Use our products to build, train, or power a directly competing product.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label our services without a written agreement.
- Upload content you do not have rights to, or content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or privacy.
- Collect special-category personal data (health, biometric, political, religious, etc.) without a lawful basis and proper notice to the people concerned.
- Use our products to generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorism-promoting content, or content that incites violence.
Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email contact@zaftech.co (subject: "Security") with reproduction steps. Do not exploit it beyond what is needed to confirm the issue, do not access data that is not yours, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before public disclosure. In return we will acknowledge you and keep you updated.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP we may, without prior notice: (a) remove the offending content, (b) suspend or terminate your account, (c) deny refunds for affected periods, and (d) report the matter to law enforcement. For severe violations (for example, CSAM, active attacks, or fraud) we will act immediately and without warning.

Seeing something that looks like a violation? Email contact@zaftech.co with the URL, the account or content in question, and a short description. Serious reports are reviewed within one business day.
